AXIOM Properties has completed the sale its Stage 1 Bunnings Warehouse development at Churchill Centre South.
The property was sold for $18.803 million.
Proceeds from the sale were used to pay down the entire BankSA construction facility. The remaining funds will be applied towards the future development of the Islington site.
