BECTON Property Group Limited has secured an extension on a $73.6 million debt facility due to expire on 28 February to 14 March 2012, whilst the lender considers a medium term agreement.
The $73.6 million Retirement Alliance term debt facility is with Suncorp-Metway Ltd.
