CBRE has recruited Megan Lowder to the firm’s Sydney retail services team.
Lowder was previously with Colonial First State Global Asset Management, where she was responsible for the leasing of several NSW sub-regional assets and assisted with project leasing of the re-developed Chatswood Chase Sydney.
CBRE director retail services Alistair Palmer said the appointment would bolster the firm’s established retail offering.
“Megan’s wealth of experience and strong track record will add tremendous value to our client offering as well as expand our presence in Sydney and greater NSW.
“Her main focus will be retail leasing on Sydney’s North Shore as well as state-wide retail project work,” he concluded.
