CBRE has boosted its valuation and advisory services team in New South Wales by appointing a new state leader and two directors.
Steve Kearney will lead the NSW team with more than a decade of experience in Sydney and was most recently a director of Savills’ commercial valuation practice.
Michael Pisano and Robert Anderson have also joined the team.
Pisano has over 17 years experience and was most recently national director, valuation and consultancy at Colliers International. Both he and Kearney will be based in CBRE’s Sydney CBD office at 363 George Street.
Anderson also comes from Colliers where he specialised in institutional industrial valuations. He will be based in CBRE’s Parramatta office.
CBRE national director valuation and advisory services Peter Fay said the appointments would enhance CBRE’s service offering in NSW, particularly in the office and industrial sectors.
“Steve, Michael and Robert are highly experienced and extremely well regarded in the market place,” Fay said.
