MELBOURNE commercial property agency Lemon Baxter have appointed Jonathan Walls to its commercial & industrial sales and leasing team.
Walls relocated from London to Australia in 1998 and has worked in the commercial property sector for DTZ, Burgess Wilson and Kelemen Commercial.
In Melbourne he was involved with the sale of 350 Collins St for $58 million, the Bidvest Facility in South Oakleigh for $13.5 million, Tomasetti House in Flinders Lane Melbourne for $7.2 million and Bunnings in Ballarat $7.8 million.
At Lemon Baxter his aims to open new business channels such as broad acre lands sales – a new area for the agency.
