GPT has restructured its senior management team.
Matthew Faddy will move from fund manager of the GPT Wholesale Shopping Centre Fund to head of property & asset management, and Michelle Tierney will move from head of property & asset management to fund manager of GWSCF.
GPT CEO Michael Cameron said the role swaps will see two of GPT’s long-serving employees bring experienced but fresh approaches to these two key senior positions.
“The role changes provide Michelle and Matthew with the opportunity to further expand their breadth of experience in the business, which not only supports their career development but strengthens GPT’s talent pool and succession pipeline.
“Both individuals have extensive experience within GPT and the property sector and they are well equipped to step into their new roles,” he added.
