BECTON Property Group has extended its $73.6 million Retirement Alliance term debt facility with Suncorp-Metway until 28 February 2012.
The Retirement Alliance is 50% owned by each of Becton and the Oman Investment Fund.
Becton said it is currently in discussion with two financiers to provide a longer term funding solution for this facility.
