OLIVER Hume has appointed Josh Brown to the position of Queensland state manager of research.
Brown said he was looking forward to adding to Oliver Hume’s highly credentialed and unique ‘real-time’ research approach already in place in Victoria.
“The research division in Melbourne has set a national benchmark for residential research in Australia, and I look forward to replicating that standard in the South East Queensland market,” Brown said.
“Research is the cornerstone of all strategic decision making and will provide a base for responsive and innovative strategies to capitalise on opportunistic market conditions.
“Oliver Hume will move away from traditional reporting methods and will instead aim to set a new benchmark in terms of creativity and detail, taking property research to the next level,” he added.
Oliver Hume national research manager Andrew Perkins said the market was moving from a period of sustained growth to relative uncertainty – creating some short-term challenges for all key stakeholders
However, he said the outlook for the South-East and Northern New South Wales region remained positive.
“Josh is a key appointment will underpin the delivery of strategic intelligence to our existing and future client base,” Perkins said.
