CBRE has appointed leasing professional Chas Keogh to head its Victorian office services business.
Keogh will relocate to Melbourne from CBRE’s Auckland office where he has headed the firm’s New Zealand office services business for the past three years.
He will replace Hamish Sutherland who is leaving CBRE to pursue other business interests.
CBRE Victorian managing director Matt Haddon said the appointment would add further firepower to the firm following the recent appointment of Ari Petrovs to a national projects director role after 10 years at Grocon.
Keogh has nine years agency experience, including three years working in CBRE’s Sydney-based Office Services team. He has represented leading institutional and private clients in both Australia and New Zealand and recently negotiated one of the largest office lease deals in NZ this year involving an 11,000 sqm commitment from Auckland Council.
