CBRE’s commercial valuer Lauren Price has been named ‘Young Achiever of the Year’ at the Australian Property Institute’s ACT Excellence in Property Awards.
CBRE’s ACT managing director Andrew Stewart said Price was an invaluable member of CBRE’s valuation and advisory services team.
“Lauren has over six years experience in the property industry specialising predominantly in commercial and industrial valuation services.
“Her commitment and skill in the field of valuations have significantly added to our business and I am confident Lauren will have a bright future within CBRE and the broader community,” he added.
The Young Achiever award is given to an individual API member who has at an early stage in their professional career achieved outstanding performance in property through their contribution to his/her organisation and/or the property industry.
