DTZ has appointed two new head researchers to replace David Green-Morgan.
The agency has appointed Dr Dominic Brown as head of Australia research and Chor Hoon Chua as head of Asia-Pacific research.
Dr Brown will be based in DTZ’s Brisbane’s office and prior to joining, he was an associate director and senior analyst at Foresight Partners as well as a lecturer at the University of Queensland and a GeoCat Consultant at the University of Leeds.
Over the past year Dr Brown has worked on extensive papers in relation to the property sector including “An overview of Australia’s residential market: past, present & future.”
Chua will be based in Singapore and has over 20 years experience in the industry. She will continue to lead the South East Asia team in addition to overseeing the India, Japan and Australia research teams.
She previously worked at the Urban Redevelopment Authority where she was involved in the planning and reviewing the Concept Plan and Master Plan of Singapore.
DTZ Australia’s managing director Greg Marr said both will be solid additions to the research team with their extensive experience in the property industry.
