LEND Lease has made changes to its infrastructure business.
Peter Brecht, currently managing director of Lend Lease’s infrastructure business has been appointed managing director of construction Australia.
Under the changes, managing directors of Abigroup David Jurd and Baulderstone’s Ian Luck, Lend Lease’s infrastructure services business David Marchant, as well as Lend Lease’s project management & construction business in Australia Murray Coleman will report to Brecht.
Lend Lease CEO Steve McCann said with the integration of the infrastructure business into the Australian region, Scott Charlton has been appointed to the role of group chief operating officer, effective immediately.
“The businesses are performing in line with acquisition expectations, with combined backlog revenue of $A6.3 billion as at 30 September 2011. The integration into the Australian region will enhance the group’s strategy to pursue targeted and coordinated growth in infrastructure and construction,” he concluded.
