RAY White has acquired one of Sydney’s oldest commercial real estate agency M.J. Davis.
Founded in 1954 by Malcolm Davis, the company has been acquired by south-western Sydney-based industrial specialists Ray White Industrial M5.
Ray White Industrial M5 director Michael Abbott said the M.J. Davis business had changed over to Ray White industrial and staff had relocated from their Bankstown office to Kingsgrove.
M.J. Davis managing director Sal Musico has also taken up a senior position with Ray White Industrial M5.
“It’s tremendous to have Sal become part of our team as he has more than 30 years’ experience in the property industry.
“He has been running a major business since 1990 and has been personally involved in negotiating many sales, leases and property management issues,” he added.
To accommodate its expanded team, Ray White Industrial M5 has moved into new premises at 5/18 Forrester St Kingsgrove.
