CB Richard Ellis has recruited Ari Petrovs from Grocon to head up the newly created role of national projects director – office services.
Petrovs has spent over 10 years with Grocon and will join CBRE in January, be based in Melbourne.
CBRE office services regional director James Patterson said the appointment was part of CBRE’s ongoing strategy to deliver a ‘best in class’ service level to clients.
“Over the past 16 years, Ari has established himself as a highly respected player in the Australian property development industry, having managed complex mixed use projects such as Grocon’s $600 million QV development and $1.3 billion Carlton Brewery project, both in Melbourne,” Patterson said.
