JONES Lang LaSalle has bolstered its valuation team in Melbourne with two senior appointments.
Paul Wheate and Domenico Flavo will head up subdivision valuations and development valuations respectively.
Wheate has over 10 years experience including close to five years with Charter Keck Cramer in the residential subdivision valuation market, before working in Melbourne and Sydney in other areas such as hospitality and retail.
Flavo also has over 10 years of experience, including four years in the Middle East, two of which as a director of valuations in the JLL Dubai office.
These appointments come after the appointment of Noral Rich to JLL as director of national health and aged care valuations.
JLL Victoria head of valuations Gary Longden said the pair will add over 20 years of combined experience to the team.
