MIRVAC has appointed Colliers International to partner with its own in-house sales team in the marketing of the new Foreshore Hamilton residential development.
Mirvac’s Queensland CEO Matthew Wallace said the agency has a widespread network that has national and international reach.
“The property industry has undergone massive change over recent years and to stay at the forefront you have be adaptable and prepared to broaden your horizons.
“Our decision to partner with Colliers International is a good example of that thinking at work,” he added.
Colliers residential Brisbane director Andrew Roubicek said they had a great deal of confidence in the product and the location.
“Colliers International is delighted to be working with Mirvac on this project and we will be promoting it widely through our national network.
“There is still solid investment interest in well located, high quality residential product and Hamilton is a strong growth area so we believe it will go very well,” Roubicek said.
Foreshore Hamilton is a $300 million project and will ultimately comprise three residential towers.
