THE management of Charter Hall Office REIT and Charter Hall Retail REIT have appointed Ernst & Young as advisors to assist with the trust’s corporate governance review.
The review will be broad ranging and will examine the existing governance framework between Charter Hall Group and the responsible entities of each respective trusts, as well as look into the arrangements and fee structures.
Ernst & Young will assist the independent directors, Roger Davis, James Broadbent and Andrew Love in the review.
