DEXUS Property Group has appointed Tonianne Dwyer as an independent director.
Chairman Chris Beare said Dwyer brings a wealth of knowledge and experience.
“Ms Dwyer has an outstanding track record across listed property, funds management and corporate strategy. As an experienced company director and executive having worked across a variety of international markets, she brings a valuable global perspective to the Dexus board,” he added.
Dwyer is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
She was a director from 2006 until 2010 of Quintain Estates and Development – a listed United Kingdom property company comprising funds management, investment and urban regeneration – and was previously head of funds management from 2003.
