ARCHITECT firm Rice Daubney is expanding its health and research team with the appointment of Tracy Lord as a director of health planning.
Lord has 16 years of experience working in Australia and New Zealand and has worked on a diverse range of projects from small fit out projects such as the Ozanam Learning Centre for Homeless Men and St Vincents Private Hospital ICU through to larger building projects including the $40 million O’Brien Centre for Drug and Alcohol and Mental Health Services.
She has also been active in large-scale Masterplanning and Campus redevelopment projects such as the $250 million Blacktown Hospital redevelopment in New South Wales, the $90 million Women and Children’s Hospital Redevelopment in Canberra and Nelson Hospital in New Zealand.
“Tracy brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of architecture and health processes to the team,” Rice Daubney principal and health + research Ronald Hicks said.
Rice Daubney’s Health + Research sector is rapidly expanding in response to the significant volume of large-scale health projects including the Liverpool Hospital redevelopment, the $230 million Chris O’Brien Lifehouse project at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, phase 1 of the redevelopment of Wagga Wagga Base Hospital master plan and the $48 million Prince of Wales Hospital Comprehensive Cancer & Blood Disorder Centre.
