HENRY Davis York partner, Justin Madden and senior associate, Fiona Mudie advised Memocorp Australia on its acquisition of the Suncorp Plaza building from the Commonwealth Property Office Fund.
Located at 259 George St, Sydney, the $395 million deal is the largest commercial property transaction in Sydney this year and has set a new benchmark for office prices in the NSW capital.
Madden said the deal shows the resilience of the Sydney commercial office property market as investors and funds are increasingly seeing better value and future capital appreciation.
