INVESTA Property Group has appointed Jason Leong as chief operating officer for its commercial property investments division.
Leong will manage Investa’s $8.2 billion office portfolio.
He has more than 15 years of asset management experience and was most recently national director of asset management at LaSalle Investment Management, managing more than $US3.5 billion of assets across South East Asia and Australia.
Leong had been general manager of asset management at Investa in 2007, looking after $5 billion of commercial property assets.
“Investa welcomes the return of Jason Leong to our executive team. His recent experience gained across a variety of roles in the Asia Pacific region will add significant value to the operation and management of the Group’s office portfolio,” Group executive Campbell Hanan said.
