CHESTERTON International has moved into new premises at 2 Elizabeth Plaza in North Sydney.
The agency has leased Level 7 in the 14 level building that it sold to investment group Altis for $38.25 million last year. The building is also now managed by Chesterton International.
“Our North Sydney office has been an exceptional performer over the last 12 months transacting more than $200 million in sales and establishing itself as a market leader,” managing director Andrew Hunter said.
Significant transactions include the sale of 90 and 100 Mount Street for around $50 million, 50 Berry Street for $30 million and the $22.25 million sale of 75 Miller Street.
The agency has also strengthened its North Sydney team with the promotion of Tyler Talbot to director of investment sales and Michael Gilbert has been promoted to associate director of investment sales in the City office.
