LASALLE Investment Management has awarded Jones Lang LaSalle the contract to manage the Australia on Collins shopping centre.
LaSalle recently completed the acquisition of asset from Thakral Holdings.
“Being appointed to manage this iconic prestigious shopping centre in Melbourne is a great appointment for our Victorian retail management division and will be our biggest single management contract within the Victorian retail portfolio,” JLL’s Victorian retail director Tony Caljouw said.
“Jones Lang LaSalle is the largest agency based retail management services provider in Australia, with over 120 shopping centres under management, equating to 1.2 million sqm. We have a team of more than 220 retail professionals, who provide specialist skills in retail services to over 60 investor clients,” he added.
The centre includes over 70 fashion, homewares, speciality gifts, health and beauty stores and international cuisine within its food court.
