RAY White Retail has appointed to two new senior staff to the Sydney and Brisbane offices.
Warwick Turpin has been appointed as retail leasing manager in the Sydney office, whilst Craig Herbert has been recruited to the Brisbane office. His responsibility will be for retail sales throughout Queensland and the northern rivers area of NSW.
Herbert was North Queensland manager for a property development group for the past two years and previously managed a commercial agency and worked as a sales and leasing agent.
Ray White Retail was established mid last year by director Bob Walsh and fellow shopping industry veteran Bill Kanellopoulos, both former colleagues at Stockland, in tandem with Andrew Schmidt.
In the short period of time they have secured a strong clientele including Woolworths Properties, Meriton, Deicorp, Century Funds Management, Hunter Land, Canberra Airport and BB Retail.
