MINOR International has control of more than 90% of shares in Oaks Hotels & Resorts.
As a result, Minor International intends to proceed to compulsorily acquire all outstanding Oaks shares.
Any Oaks shareholders whose shares are outstanding will have their shares compulsorily acquired.
