CB Richard Ellis has appointed Ashley Kerfoot as an associate director of the structured transactions and advisory services business in Perth.
STAS is headed by former PricewaterhouseCoopers partner Wayne Redman.
Kerfoot is a chartered financial analyst with over 15 years experience in his native country of South Africa across areas as diverse as private equity, construction and development, and in the corporate and project finance arenas.
