CB Richard Ellis has expanded its sustainability team in Adelaide with the appointment of David Low to the asset services division.
Low joins as a building services manager focussing on assisting the asset services team with energy efficiency, NABERS and Commercial Building Disclosure related issues. This follows the recruitment of leading sustainability professional, Rebecca Pearce to drive the firm’s sustainability initiatives in the Pacific region last year.
CBRE’s Adelaide managing director Phil Rundle said asset services remained one of the fastest growing divisions for CBRE in the Pacific region.
Low has 10 years experience and was a founding of the Government Energy Management Programs, South Australia and became a credited NABERs assessor in 2004.
