CB Richard Ellis has expanded its Newcastle town planning division with the appointment Shannon Sullivan.
Sullivan has over 15 years experience in both the public and private sectors.
“Shannon’s depth of knowledge, planning skills and broad ranging expertise in both the public and private sector will add significant value to our Newcastle business,” CBRE’s Newcastle managing director Angus Klem said.
“He has established contacts within the Lower Hunter Councils, the Department of Planning and other key approvals agencies,” he added.
