COLLIERS International has appointed David McLennan as the new director of retail valuation in the Sydney CBD office.
McLennan replaces Heath Crampton who moved to director of retail investment services last month.
McLennan has specialised in the valuation of retail shopping centres for more than 13 years and when with Jones Lang LaSalle has worked on major centres for the likes of AMP Capital, Colonial First State, DEXUS, Westfield, Stockland and QIC.
“The appointment of David is aligned to our specialisation growth focus within Valuation & Advisory Services and the significant and growing commitment of Colliers International to the retail sector,” Colliers managing director of valuation & advisory services Will Doherty said.
