VALAD Property Group has pulled the Sheraton Noosa Resort & Spa from the market because of the Blackstone Group takeover bid.
Valad yesterday announced that although it had received a number of expressions of interest for the property, it has decided to suspend the process.
Valad bought the property in 2007 for $93.6 million.
