CBRE Hotels has recruited Wayne Bunz to head its Queensland division.
Bunz has been appointed as a senior director of CBRE Hotels, based in the company’s Brisbane offices at Waterfront Place.

Major deals he has been involved with include the sales of the Sheraton Mirage Resort, Port Douglas; Fitzroy Island; Cradle Mountain Lodge, Tasmania and the Marriott Resort & Spa on the Gold Coast.
Bunz is one of two new recruits for the Queensland team with Tom Gibson having also joined the hotels division in Brisbane.
