CUSHMAN & Wakefield has strengthened its Australian team with the appointment of Tony Dixon as investment sales director.
Formerly of BT Funds Management, Investa Property Group and Dexus Property Group, Dixon has extensive experience in the listed and unlisted real estate fund sector.
A graduate of New York University, Dixon has also held senior roles in investment banking and corporate finance with Macquarie Bank Group and Goldman Sachs, specialising in REITs owning assets in markets as diverse as the United States, Australia and Japan.
“He is the perfect candidate to help drive our investment sales division forward, working closely with fund managers, major institutions and private investors to build on the strong platform we have in place,” Cushman & Wakefield managing director of Australia David Woolford said.
“It is an exciting opportunity to join a global power like Cushman & Wakefield at a point in the Australian market when we are poised for a return to growth and stable returns that have traditionally marked real estate investment,” Dixon said.
