CB Richard Ellis has appointed Hayden Bryant to head its Mulgrave office in Melbourne.
Bryant has 11 years property experience, predominantly in the industrial field in New Zealand. He joined CBRE in 2009 to head the company’s NZ industrial team.
Byrant began his career with Bayleys NZ and was the company’s youngest ever operator to receive ‘Top Achiever’ status in his third year with the business. He was also head of Industrial for Jones Lang LaSalle NZ.
“Our Mulgrave office and our Victorian business as a whole will truly benefit from the addition of Hayden to our team,” CBRE senior managing director Victoria Matt Haddon said.
