DTZ has Greg Marr as director of its direct investments division based in Sydney.
Marr has over 23 years experience negotiating over $2 billion of property deals, including the $113 million acquisition of Twenty 8 Freshwater Place in Melbourne, the $378 million acquisition of a 50% share in 161 Castlereagh St in Sydney and the $110 million acquisition of 545 Queen St in Brisbane.
Marr was also responsible for the sale of a $40 million industrial portfolio for GPT and was involved with the sale of GPT’s $800 million Voyages Resorts and Hotels portfolio, the $300 million Homemaker Centre Portfolio and the $107 million Floreat Forum Shopping Centre in Perth.
He has held various senior positions at CB Richard Ellis, Jones Lang La Salle, Deutsche Bank Group and GPT.
