REDCAPE Property Fund has extended the exclusivity period to Laundy Hotel Group, to complete its due diligence.
LHG is currently conduction due diligence to purchase 20 pubs leased to National Leisure & Gaming.
Redcape said LHG is finalising its due diligence.
