COLLEIRS International has appointed Lorraine Malloch as director of retail leasing, in its Brisbane office.
Malloch has more than 15 years experience in the industry, having been involved in some of South East Queensland’s largest retail developments including the $350 million dollar Robina Town Centre redevelopment on the Gold Coast.
Most recently, she was portfolio and leasing manager for the $850 million dollar Soul Development in Surfers Paradise, which is part of the billion dollar Juniper mixed use portfolio.
Colliers QLD state CEO Simon Beirne said Malloch has built a solid reputation in the property industry having achieved outstanding results in retail leasing and across a variety of real estate sectors including property management, and general agency.
“Her knowledge of retail project leasing on development projects makes her well equipped to lead the Brisbane retail team, which is going from strength to strength, having increased from two in 2008 to a talented team of twelve today,” he concluded.
