Developed by Charter Hall’s Core Plus Office Fund, the property comprises four levels of A-grade office space with a net lettable area of 12,350 sqm with retail and commercial tenancies facing Stirling and Pier Streets.
The property is owned by Charter Hall’s 130 Stirling Street Trust and is 100% leased to key tenants including Medicare and Police and Nurses Credit Society.
Charter Hall’s head of sustainability Claire Orton said the building incorporates the latest in sustainable design including active chilled beam air conditioning and efficient lighting and lift systems which greatly reduces energy consumption without compromising tenant comfort and use of the building.
