GEO Property Group has appointed Alexander Beard as a non-executive director.
Beard is the CEO and director of CVC Limited, which has a 13.27% holding in GEO.
He is also director of CVC Property Fund, Amadeus Energy Limited and Mnet Group Limited, and Chairman of Cellnet Group Limited.
Meanwhile the role of managing director role has been transferred to John Potter following the resignation of Guy Farrands.
