COLLIERS International has appointed Sherrie Storor to the role of director – residential, based in Brisbane.
Storor has more than 10 years experience in the property industry and most recently, managed her own successful boutique agency, Address Estate Agents, where she led a team of 30 sales agents and was responsible for the development of the product mix, branding, advertising campaigns and the successful sell-out of numerous off the plan developments.
“This is an interesting time in the residential market, with researchers predicting a boom within the next 12 to 18 months. As such, now is the ideal time for investors and owner-occupiers alike to buy off the plan,” Storor said.
Colliers’ managing director Peter Chittenden said she will lead the Brisbane residential team and drive a renewed focus on project marketing and client engagement.
