SUSTAINABILITY expert Dr Caroline Noller has joined Cundall as a principal.
Dr Noller has previously worked with GPT Group and Australand.
“In terms of the property industry, sustainability has come full circle from being an aspiration to a novelty and finally to a genuine business practice. However it’s now time for a second revolution, where sustainability is subjected to the same degree of economic scrutiny as all other investment and expenditure,” she said.
“And, with the right approach, sustainability certainly stacks up from a numbers perspective. By taking a holistic view at the outset of any project – the vision setting and conceptual development stage – it is possible to implement solutions that resonate positive economic, social and environmental outcomes for the entire lifecycle of a project,” Dr Noller concluded.
