BOUTIQUE Sydney-based property group, Augusta Properties, has appointed Andrew Hahn as a director, to take business in a new direction following a recent operational review.
Augusta Properties’ senior directors Martin Hillier and Wayne Smith also announced the resignation of long-time director Brian Tasker.
Tasker leaves the company to pursue new challenges and personal goals.
“I have enjoyed working with the directors, clients and staff. I leave with mixed emotions but comfortable in the knowledge that Augusta, under the continued stewardship of Martin and Wayne, will continue to flourish,” Tasker said.
“Augusta will continue to thrive under the leadership of Wayne Smith and myself, now joined by Andrew. Brian’s role has been significant and it is due, in part, to his efforts that we see ourselves in a strong position today,” Hillier said.
Prior to joining as a project director in 2006, Hahn gained significant experience with the Economist Group (Asia/Pacific), Cornerstone Property Group and as a project director for Macquarie Bank/Medallist.
Smith said Augusta is entering a new growth phase built on the strength of property advisory, development and representation of high net worth investors.
The company’s clients include University of Wollongong, Deakin University, Bankstown Council, Port Macquarie Council, Macquarie University, Ernst & Young, Gresham Partners and St George Bank amongst a number of others.
