CB Richard Ellis has merged two businesses to form a projects team comprising over 40 staff in Australia and New Zealand.
CBRE Australia & NZ president & CEO Tom Southern said the merger would allow CBRE to provide a more seamless and effective service offering for clients.
CBRE Projects is led by joint managing directors Peter Wright and Jo-Anne Harrison. Wright has a focus on business development and Harrison has responsibility for operations and service delivery.
The team specialises in Project Management, Development Advisory, Corporate Workplace Planning and Construction Management.
Current assignments include Google’s head office expansion and Hewlett Packard’s new state of the art data centre facility, both in Sydney; BP’s new corporate head offices in Victoria and Bank West’s new corporate offices in Perth.
