ASTRO Japan Property Group has raised $23.6 million through an institutional placement of 7,623,261 new stapled securities.
AJA chairman Allan McDonald said the placement was supported by strong demand from both existing and new institutional investors.
“We are very pleased with the positive response our existing institutional securityholders have shown for the equity raising, and are gratified by their ongoing support for AJA. We are also pleased to welcome a number of new major institutional investors onto our register,” he added.
