m3property has made four new appointments nationally across key industry sectors.
Robert Tye has joined the Brisbane office as a director of the Going Concern valuation division. He has over 25 years of experience in valuations across all types of property, including residential; commercial; industrial; retail; and tourism and leisure throughout Queensland and New South Wales.
Joining the Melbourne office is Sean Lenaghan as an associate director who will focus on industrial valuations and Laila Burnet as a valuer who will work in the seniors’ Living sector.
Lenaghan joins m3property after seven years with CB Richard Ellis, whilst Burnet has six years experience as a residential and commercial valuer and was recently with Opteon Property Group.
Tim Jelbart has been appointed to the Sydney office as a valuer in the agribusiness practice group. He comes from a dairy farming background and has extensive experience in agricultural assets across Australia and New Zealand.
m3property CEO Grant Jackson said over the past five years the firm has grown at the significant rate of 15% per annum.
“As part of our ongoing development program we remain focused in driving sustainable growth and attracting the right staff to achieve this,” he concluded.
