APARTMENT developer Finbar Group has obtained Development Approval for both stages of the Pelago project in Karratha.
Pelago East and West, to be constructed on Sharpe Avenue, will comprise 292 residential apartments plus 22 commercial lots and is the first project of its kind to be approved as part of the Pilbara Cities revitalisation plan for the Karratha town centre.
Pelago West has received strong level of enquiries which has resulted in 11% of the $88 million stage one project selling in the first three weeks of marketing.
Completion of the project is expected by the middle of 2012.
