SAVILLS has promoted several senior directors to its Queensland team.
In valuations, Matthew Gould and Neil Murphy have been promoted to the positions of divisional directors. Gould has been with Savills for the past nine years and most recently headed the valuations division at Savills’ Sunshine Coast office. In his new role, he will be responsible for the industrial valuation team in QLD. Gould is also a divisional councillor and vice president of the Australian Property Institute.
Murphy has been with Savills for eight years and his main focus in recent years has been on statutory objections and appeals and reviewing changes to the associated Acts.
In sales, Robert Dunne has been promoted to divisional director of commercial sales and Jonathan Tyson to associate director of retail sales.
Dunne has worked with Savills for the past 15 years and has built an impressive track record in commercial sales across all asset classes and Tyson has been with the firm for the past five years, selling over $500 million worth of assets for private and corporate clients.
