CB Richard Ellis has appointed Tammy Suhan to head the firm’s retirement housing and healthcare, valuation & advisory Services team in Victoria.
Suhan has 10 years of experience in valuations and has specialised in recent years in the provision of valuation and advisory services to the retirement housing and healthcare sector throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria.
She is an associate member of the Australian Property Institute and currently a Divisional Councillor of the API’s Victorian Division.
Suhan was previously with m3property and she worked for a range of high profile clients, including ING Community Living, Lifestyle Communities, Country Club Villages, Catholic Homes, Southern Cross Care, Australian Unity, Mercy Health and Stockland.
CBRE’s RHHC team regional director David Bruce-Clarke said the appointment was part of the continuing expansion of the firm’s business line across Australia.
