AHC Limited has won a dispute in Queensland’s Planning and Environment Court against the Gold Coast City Council.
AHC has been in dispute with the GCCC for three years in relation to its Saltwater Estate at Helensvale.
AHC said it will move immediately to prepare to complete the development containing a further eleven 2,000 sqm commercial lots and 13 residential lots.
