CB Richard Ellis has recruited Brett McCracken as part of a strategic restructure of its Gold Coast valuations business.
McCracken has almost 10 years experience in the industry.
CBRE Gold Coast managing director Mark Witheriff said the new appointment was part of a strategic restructure of the valuation division into two distinct teams focusing on the commercial and hotel & leisure markets.
McCracken will lead the commercial team and CBRE senior director Christopher Kennedy has moved into the leadership role for the hotel & leisure team.
