AUSTRALAND has appointed Robert Prosser as an independent non-executive director.
Prosser has a strong finance and accounting background having retired in June 2008 as a PricewaterhouseCoopers Partner in Sydney where he was responsible for due diligence in relation to mergers, acquisitions, equity raisings and divestments.
Australand’s chairman Lui Chong Chee said Prosser will bring a considerable breadth of corporate experience to the group which will complement the existing skill-sets and experience of the Board.
